Emerald Fuels has developed a proprietary breakthrough approach to carbon-neutral fuel production.
A tree takes in carbon dioxide from the air and water from the ground and, using sunlight, converts them into long-chain hydrocarbons — wood. It is nature’s model for carbon capture and conversion. This system functions as a technological tree. It uses CO₂ from the air, H₂O from closest fresh or seawater source, and heat from a compact thorium reactor to produce hydrocarbon fuels — methanol, Jet-A, gasoline, and diesel. Instead of relying on photosynthesis, it uses high-efficiency, AI-managed chemical reactions. And instead of cellulose, it produces drop-in liquid fuels.
Our proprietary patent pending closed-loop modular designs use thorium-driven hydrogen, CO₂ capture, and AI optimization to produce the lowest cost green fuel options on Earth.
Each Module sits on 5 - 6 acres of land and captures the annual CO₂ equivalent of 18,000,000 Trees or 36,000 acres of forest.
However given the closed loop nature of Emerald Fuels Carbon cycle , each plant will only result in a one time carbon sink 28,000 Tons of CO2, which equal the CO2 capture by 2,800 acres of forest in 1 year.
